BEE-SMS.com Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

The BEE-SMS.com Rewards Program ("Program") is a loyalty program offered by BEE-SMS.com. ("BEE-SMS") to frequent BEE-SMS customers at the sole discretion of BEE-SMS and is available only to individuals who have registered as BEE-SMS Members in accordance with these BEE-SMS Rewards Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

By registering for a Member's Account on BEE-SMS.com, you will automatically be enrolled as a member of the Program ("Member"). The terms "you" and "your" throughout these Terms refer to any Member. By accessing a Member's Account and participating in the engagement activities on the BEE-SMS.com platform, you agree with these Terms.

As a Member, you have the responsibility to read and understand these Terms as well as other information published by BEE-SMS relating to the Program in order to fully understand your rights and obligations. Please contact BEE-SMS customer support if you have any questions relating to the Program, and we will reply to you within two weeks.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please stop utilizing the Program and its associated rewards and provide written notice to BEE-SMS.

General

  1. The Program, including its Membership, is a loyalty program offered to our BEE-SMS customers to promote the use of the BEE-SMS.com platform. The Program is implemented in accordance with these Terms. Certain Program features (including BEE-SMS Member Day) and benefits may be subject to further terms and conditions as set out separately.
  2. A Member's Account is personal and only for use by the registered Member of the Account. It cannot be transferred or sold to anyone else. Each individual may only register one Member's Account. You may not use multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. BEE-SMS reserves the right to cancel any actions made by BEE-SMS Members who engage in fraudulent, disruptive, or abusive behavior or who violate these Terms.
  3. BEE-SMS reserves the right to modify and/or terminate the Program and its features and benefits at BEE-SMS's sole discretion without prior notice (even if these changes may affect your ability to use the benefits and rewards that you have already accumulated).
    This includes (but is not limited to) changes to:
    • These Terms;
    • Qualification and renewal criteria for the tiers in the Program;
    • Availability of rewards; and
    • Features of special offers and promotions to Members of different Membership tiers.
  4. It is the responsibility of Members to keep themselves up to date in respect of the Program and these Terms, and any subsequent changes. Any continued use of the benefits given under this Program will be deemed to be acceptance of any amendments.
  5. BEE-SMS may monitor or investigate a Member's Account at any time without prior notice to ensure compliance with these Terms. During any such investigation, the Member's Account may be suspended. In the event BEE-SMS suspects or has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member's Account shows signs of fraud, suspicious activity, violation of these Terms, or other improper conduct (including but not limited to obtaining rewards through fake transactions, fraud, applying for malicious refunds, submitting false information, hacking accounts, violating laws, or other behavior that BEE-SMS deems to be malicious), BEE-SMS may immediately without prior notice disable and remove all or part of the benefits or rewards provided to you under this Program, remove Membership tiers, or close or suspend a Member's Account.

Termination

  1. A Member may terminate their Membership by providing written notice to BEE-SMS. All remaining rewards in the Member's Account will be null and void upon receipt of such notice by BEE-SMS.
  2. A Member's Account and Membership may be terminated without prior notice in the event of any suspected or actual non-compliance with these Terms, as set out in Clause 5 above.
  3. BEE-SMS may terminate the Program at any time. Upon termination, you will have thirty (30) days from the date the Program termination is announced to use any available rewards remaining in your Account. After that date, any remaining rewards and benefits will be forfeited without compensation.

Membership

The Program will assign one of the following Membership tiers to each Member ("Membership tiers"):

  • Standard;
  • Silver;
  • Gold;
  • Platinum;
  • Diamond.

Each Membership tier offers different rewards, with the higher tier providing more rewards than lower tiers.

All Members shall automatically be assigned with a Standard Membership tier upon account registration.

Change in Membership Tiers:

  1. Upgrade: Members who meet the requirements for the next Membership tier will have their upgraded Membership tier automatically reflected in their BEE-SMS Account. The validity period for the next Membership tier will commence from the date the Member upgrades to the new Membership tier.
  2. For the avoidance of doubt, Members may not skip Membership tiers.
  3. Maintenance of Membership Tier: In the event the Member meets the Membership tier's requirements during the validity period of the current Membership tier, the validity period of the Membership tier will automatically set to 30 days.
  4. Downgrade of Membership Tier: When the validity period of the Membership tier expires and the Member did not meet the current or next Membership tier's requirements during the validity period, the new Membership tier will be recalculated based on the qualifying activities completed during the current Membership tier's validity period according to the requirements for each Membership tier.

Validity Period

All Membership tiers have a validity period of 30 days from the date of obtaining the Membership tier.

Miscellaneous

  1. You release BEE-SMS and its affiliates from all liability regarding the earning and use of rewards, including any rewards that, after receipt, may be lost, stolen, or destroyed.
  2. Personal Data: Personal data supplied by the Member will only be processed as set out in BEE-SMS's Privacy Statement.
  3. To the extent permitted by law, BEE-SMS will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or claims arising out of or relating to this Program, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
  4. All interpretations of these Terms shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of BEE-SMS.
